Police have released video of the moment a plane and helicopter collided mid-air in the Italian Alps, killing seven people.
The footage, captured by GoPro cameras on both aircraft, is part of the investigation into what caused the January crash.
It shows the helicopter flying over the mountains before a sudden crash as the plane hits and debris is sent flying.
The collision happened in Italy's Val d'Aosta region.
'The plane's undercarriage smashed into the main rotor of the helicopter,' local police rescue chief Delfino Viglione said.
He said it was clear the helicopter pilot did not see the light aircraft.
The plane had a flight instructor and his students on board. The helicopter was bringing skiers to the glacier.
Prosecutors are investigating whether to lay manslaughter charges against the flight instructor, who was sitting at the rear of the plane while his students were in the front when the crash happened.
Four Germans, one Belgian, one French national and one Italian died in the crash.
The French flight instructor was one of two survivors of the crash.
